Hey there! I am Erin - a Cleveland native,
a designer, creative thinker and
overall cool kid.

I am currently managing a creative group responsible
for design, writing, photography, and video for Lincoln Electric. As Creative Services Manager, I find myself having to wear a lot hats - leader, coach, designer, influencer and even negotiator.  It is a fast-paced and never boring. Which lends itself well to one of my favorite thing to do when not at work - couch-coaching, trying to influence, even negotiating with the TV when watching any Cleveland sports team. I also enjoy spending time with my family, chasing my son all over the house and being outdoors when weather permits.
